  • Tea Steeper

    • Begin by adding in 1 TBS to your tea steeper. (more or less for desired strength.)
    •  Put steeper in your cup or mug of choice.
    • Bring 8 ounces of water to a boil and pour it over the steeper.
    • Allow the tea to steep for a minimum of 10 minutes.
    • Remove steeper or leave it in for desired strength.
    • If desired, add honey or other natural sweeteners to taste.
    • Enjoy the tea while it is still hot.
